Who we are

This website is operated by I.C. SARAIDARIS S.M.P.C. (ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ Χ. ΣΑΡΑΙΔΑΡΗΣ ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.), a Single Member Private Company (Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε.) registered in Greece under Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. No. 174294707000, with registered office at 4-6 Efplias Str., 185 37 Piraeus, Greece. Full company details are in our Legal Notice. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection law. What we collect and why

When you contact us

If you email or call us, or use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out that work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

When you use the contact form, your message is sent to us automatically as an email through our Microsoft 365 business email service. The website itself does not keep a copy of your message; it is held only in our company mailbox.

When you browse the website

Like any website, our web server automatically records technical information for each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and we do not use them to identify you.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The website uses only what it needs to work:

  • a security cookie that protects forms against misuse, and a connection that keeps the page interactive while it is open;
  • your choice of light or dark theme, saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it on your next visit;
  • a flag in your browser's session storage recording that the short opening animation has already played, so it is not repeated on every page during the same visit; it is deleted when you close the tab.

Because these are strictly necessary or set by your own choice, they do not require consent. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Third parties

All fonts, images and code are served from our own website; we do not load content from Google or other third-party services. Our hosting provider processes server data on our behalf, and Microsoft (Microsoft 365) delivers and stores our business email, including contact form messages, under its data protection terms. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we share it only where needed to deliver our services or where the law requires it. The link to our LinkedIn page takes you to LinkedIn, whose own privacy policy then applies.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with them and for the period required by our business and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@icsaraidaris.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
